At Campive, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
- Not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear.
For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns of products that have been used where this is permitted under applicable law.
3. How to Return an Item
To start a return:

- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided.
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that they have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you are exercising your legal right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Products damaged through misuse or accidental damage.
- Products showing excessive wear.
- Items missing essential parts or accessories not due to our error.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
